Guess what? After 25 years my double burner griddle is finally beginning to stick. I got online and began looking for a replacement. I found a unit called CHEFS DESIGN Double Burner Griddle - 4240 that looked exactly like the one I have. Flipping over my old griddle it is indeed the 4240 that I have been using for all these years. Hell, its even made here in the USA how can you beat that!
