I absolutely love my knife roll! It is such an upgrade from the one I was using. It is comfortable to carry and holds everything I could possibly need for production behind the line as well as in the bakery. The pockets are all put in such a strategic place that everything is always so organized! The reason I love this knife roll so much is mainly because this one unlike my last one has a place where your knives are placed and then zipped into a pocket so there is no chance of then sliding out (which was my main concern with my last roll). The other feature that I enjoy is the ability to carry it comfortably because it does have a strap. I am very pleased with my purchase!
