I bought this knife for a friend who doesn't cook much, but had no sharp knives. He loves this very sharp little knife as his greatest kitchen treasure, washes it after use and keeps it in it's little plastic holder. He mentions how much he likes it every time I see him. He even cooked a crockpot dish that required peeling and cutting up vegetables!

Although I own a complete set of knives I still felt the need for an additional paring knife. Then "Presto!" I found exactly what I was looking for on your website. The Victorinox paring (small rosewood) knife, 3.25 inches, is a pleasure to use. It is very comfortable and lightweight while it is very sharp, and does its job beautifully. How easy it is now to peel, trim, and even mince herbs, chop celery, slice/peel fruits, vegetables... How did I ever manage without this wonderful powerhouse of a knife?! My standards are very stringent so I do not give undeserved praise. By comparison my other paring knife feels clumsy and too awkward to use. So it has been "retired". This knife has truly earned its 5-star rating. (So much so that) I am ready to replace all of my other knives with those made by Victorinox. Thank you for presenting such an excellent product at a very reasonable price. Well Done,to your website!
