This is a great knife. I have had one of these for twenty years and it is still going strong. I needed a gift for someone and this was perfect.

  Pat J. from Mesa, AZ

This is a beautiful quality knife that really holds it's edge! I am completely satisfied!

  Christopher V. from Brooklyn, NY

This knife is extremely well built. I would have given this knife five stars but it was too light. My purpose for this knife was to section turkey's. It performed well. But it would have been phenomenal if it was a little heavier. For ordinary cutting tasks this knife is a winner. However, if you are cutting dense meat and bone commercially you would want to go heavier.
