Oh my gosh! This Slow Cooker, Set'N Forget has changed my life! I always thought of 'slow cooker' meals as being full of calories, not very tasty and certainly not healthy. Wow! Was I ever wrong. I place my frozen veggies on top of sliced onions, talapia, orange roughy or chicken breast on top, sprinkle on the desired seasoning, and SET IT AND FORGET IT. When we are ready to eat, the food is not overcooked, is still warm and the taste is as fresh as can be. I love it.
