What a find! Having been searching through the Sabatier, Wustoff, Japanese ceramics by owning them all, these knives are outstanding in comparison. The weight and blade proportions are a delight to handle. Only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is the aesthetics of the handles. Perfectly comfortable and utilitarian, however.
