The harness is very adaptable for many sizes. The roto-holster attachment adds too much to the size of the holster and places the assembly too far out for my comfort. I also think the roto-holsters themselves hang too far out for conceal ability. I do have a friend who swears by them so it may just be my body size (a little overweight). Build quality of the harness is very good.
