This is an excellent knife! I use mine for cutting wedding cake layers. It's strong blade does not flex when cutting and the handle grip fits nicely to my hand. All good and delivery was very fast!

I use this knife for leveling and layering cakes. The extra-long blade makes this knife perfect for slicing larger layers, such as sheet cakes and wedding cakes. It is a great product, and it is a great company to do business with!

It is an outstanding knife and I have nothing bad to say about it. The knife is extreamly sharp and handles very well.
