Overall this is a great vacuum. I prefer the bagged type because dumping the bagless ones is not as easy or neat as the manufacturers tell you. This vacuum is easy to move around and the onboard tools are easy to use. Also it is reasonably lightweight.

I was so disappointed! Panasonic was recommended because of its high power and reliability. I have high pile rugs and a long haired dog so I needed cleaning power. No where in your description does it say there is NO level adjustment for rugs. It has one setting of LOW- PERIOD! It's useless for my high pile rug (the only thing I have) and a waste of money. This odd feature MUST be exposed.
