Sanitaire's commercial lightweight models, SC679 and SC689 are UL listed and ideal for hotel/motel use. The SC679 has a shake out dust bag and the SC689 is designed with the E-Z Kleen® clear dust cup that allows the operator to see when the cup needs to be emptied. Both units are easy to maneuver, weighing just over 12 pounds and 14 pounds respectively. Plus, it's easy to use them on any type of carpet with their four position carpet height adjustment. A 12-inch cleaning width and 30-foot power cord combine to make these commercial uprights convenient and powerful cleaning machines.

Have only had for a short time but find this vac to be very good. It's lightweight, great suction and the no bag is a plus. The only thing missing is a crevice tool to clean along baseboards.
