I received vacuum in good condition. There was some assembly required which was fairly easy. The suction ability is great, and vacuum is easy to manuever across floors & area rugs. However, the ease of use of the extension hose is somewhat awkward. A longer hose would make it easier to clean vertically. Overall, though, I'm satisfied with the product.
