I had the earlier model, which was OK, but this one is excellent. I have tile floors, and some wood. The grout brush and the attachments are a great improvement. You won't believe the amount of dirt in the recovered water.

I am very pleased with the floor scrubber that I received. However, it's the customer service this is really worth bragging about. They were so helpful and pleasant I felt like I was talking to a friend.
