I bought this crock pot for my daughter because I have had the same product for about 2 yrs. I really like it. The name "versatility", says it all. I can cook in it as a "slow cooker" and put the pot in oven or on top of stove. Then it can go into the refrigerator. I have used the heater part as a fry pan to cook hamburgers, hot dogs,and eggs. I had looked for this product for my daughter . She says she is enjoying the versatility also. I am very glad that Cozy Cook had this product on the Internet and your service was excellent.

I have the West Bend slow cooker and loved it so much I bought this second one for a friend. I love the fact that I can clean the cooker in soap and water. Another big issue is the grill that can be used. The other features I loved was the oven, stove top and freezer abilities of this cooker.

My westbend works great but it doesn't seem to get as hot as my old one. I have to run it on high to get it boiling, but I am happy to find one I have looked for one like my old one for several years.
