The waffle baker works wonderful and bakes even. However it is not quite as deep as I would have liked it to be and turns out waffles thin just like any other waffle iron. I have tried several batter recipes but still they are quite thin and should be thicker for a Belgian waffle baker. It is quite compact and easy to store.
