This is a great product, easy to use, and gets the job done well!

This is excellent and easy to use for quick sharpening and touch ups. Not as thorough as a full sharpening system, but good enough for most times you need to sharpen an edge quick. Very handy around the house and seems to work on both carbon and stainless steel.
