I bought 2 of these beds for my older cat who recently developed arthritis. It took him a couple days to decide to use it, but now it is all he sleeps on (besides my bed). He loves them. Using this bed along with a vitamin supplement, he no longer limps, does not appear to be in pain, and can run up and down the stairs again.
