I am very happy with new toaster. I can now have toast the way I like it. My only problem is that the slots are not long enough for Bakers Inn bread slices. They have to be put in sideways, which leaves a very small area untoasted. It's a minor problem. It is far more important to me to have the fine control of toasting that this unit provides.
