I've purchased two Camp Chefs....one for myself several years ago, and recently one as a wedding present. It dawned on me that I could do my boiling water bath canning OUTSIDE, and get the heat,steam, and big canning pot out of my kitchen! It works great! I've also used it for large outdoor gatherings: a big pot of chili and cornbread near the bonfire.
