I bought this grill to take on a special 4 day rafting trip down the Rogue River in Southern Oregon. On this trip were 4 couples and a french chef to do the cooking. We had grilled Ahi, Morrocan Lamb Chops and Filet Mignon with a cabernet reduction sauce. The grill worked perfectly with my Partners Gas Stove. It heats fast and even.
