This is a great case for the money. This case may have been designed with Airsoft in mind, as shown in the Amazon photo. In my opinion it is too short for most firearm rifles. However, for those which it will fit, and in particular for air rifles, which are typically shorter, it is a tremendous deal, of really surprising quality. Excellent for storage. Whether it would meet current airline standards, I am not certain, but for storage or ordinary transportation in the trunk, a great buy. Better locks than most inexpensive cases, by a lot, Good metal quality. This is not a high end case, it is a tremendous value in an inexpensive case.
